Use large fonts (minimum 24 pt) for clarity.

Ensure sufficient color contrast between background and text.

Avoid dense paragraphs; use figures, charts, and bullet points for key messages.

Posters should be designed for readability from 1.5 meters distance.

At least one presenting author must register for the conference by the early registration deadline (student registration allowed).

Posters without a registered presenter will not be displayed.

Both accepted and rejected paper authors are welcome to submit a poster to the conference, as long as they meet the submission deadlines.

Notification of Acceptance : May 1, 2026

Submission Format: Abstract (max. 500 words) + draft poster (PDF) via at poster@i3ce2026.com.

Posters will be evaluated by the Poster Committee on relevance, clarity, design quality, and contribution to the field.

Outstanding posters will receive a Best Poster Award, announced during the closing ceremony.
