* If presentation materials are not removed by 6:00 PM on June 16, the conference secretariat will remove them and keep them in storage.
Poster Presentation List
Please set up your poster on your assigned poster board by 17:00.
The Poster Session and judging will begin at 18:00.
Presenters are requested to be present at your poster boards by 18:00.
Poster Template & Size
Template
Official i3CE poster template should be used.
Size
Posters must be prepared in A0 size (841mm × 1189mm, portrait orientation).
Format
PDF submission for pre-review; printed posters must be brought by presenters to the conference venue.
Poster Template & Size
Use large fonts (minimum 24 pt) for clarity.
Ensure sufficient color contrast between background and text.
Avoid dense paragraphs; use figures, charts, and bullet points for key messages.
Posters should be designed for readability from 1.5 meters distance.
Readability Guidelines
At least one presenting author must register for the conference by the early registration deadline (student registration allowed).
Posters without a registered presenter will not be displayed.
Both accepted and rejected paper authors are welcome to submit a poster to the conference, as long as they meet the submission deadlines.
Submission & Evaluation
Submission Deadline : May 15, 2026
Notification of Acceptance : May 16, 2026
Posters will be evaluated by the Poster Committee on relevance, clarity, design quality, and contribution to the field.
Outstanding posters will receive a Best Poster Award, announced during the closing ceremony.
