Welcome Message
    Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the International Conference on Computing in Civil Engineering (i3CE 2026), which will be held in Songdo, Incheon, South Korea.
Organized by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), i3CE has long served as a leading platform for presenting the latest advances in civil and construction engineering research. Each year, the conference brings together researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to explore the transformative impact of cutting-edge computing technologies—ranging from Artificial Intelligence (AI), Automation and Robotics, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Computer Vision, to Digital Twins and Building Information Modeling (BIM) . We are proud to host i3CE outside the United States for the first time, in Songdo, a leading smart city known for innovation and sustainability. This landmark event highlights Korea’s growing role in global civil engineering and offers a unique opportunity to strengthen academic and industry collaboration across Asia and beyond.
We warmly invite you to join us in Korea for inspiring exchanges, meaningful connections, and a shared vision for the future of civil engineering.
